Father's day celebration

We went down to Alpine last weekend to celebrate a belated Father's Day with the Paisers!! We had such a fun time. Mike is the master gardener! They probably have a 1/3 acre of garden and it is beautiful. We are always lucky to go home with some sort of yummy organic produce when we visit. Drew loves to be in the garden with Grandpa.

I know someday Drew won't appreciate these pictures, but for now, I LOVE them!! His naked body is so cute and perfect. I love this cutie!

Playing with uncle Kyle. Kyle recently dyed his hair, so when we pulled up, I had to do a double take! I almost said, "Who's the new kid?!" We love you Kyle!

Gimme some lovin! Drew loves his Aunt Emmy. She is sooo cute and smart and talented...and surprisingly single. For you lucky guys out there -- she is quite the catch!

Before we got pregnant with Drew, I naively thought that I'd want to have a girl. I thought girls were so cute and you could dress them up, etc. However, once I became pregnant, I had the strong desire to have a boy. Maybe Heavenly Father planted that seed so reality would match my desire. Anyway, now that we have Drew, I can't believe I ever wanted a girl! (no offense to anyone with girls!) Someday, I'm sure I will want a girl, but for now, I'm just having too much fun with my boys. I love witnessing Drew's sense of curiosity every day. He reminds me that I need to let go of things that aren't so important and just enjoy the moment.
